How to prevent heart disease
How to prevent heart disease
Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S. It can also be a silent killer, as it mostly affects people who don’t know they have it. But even if you’re not at risk for heart disease, staying healthy is important for your heart. Healthy habits such as taking regular care breaks, eating healthy and losing weight can all help prevent heart disease from developing. Here's how to prevent it.

What is heart disease?

Heart disease is a kind of muscle or blood vessel diseases that develop within your body. It can happen when you eat a foods or drink that contains too much fat or sugar, or when you have an over-scheduling job that makes you work too quickly. Heart disease is the result of poor diet and lifestyle choices. These make it much harder for your body to keep up with excess protein and sugar, and also make it harder for your body to make hormones that help you get adequate oxygen delivery. When people develop heart disease, they usually have a high risk factor called an inherited genetic defect that results in an abnormal protein being present in the heart. These are called hypercholesterolemia and polycholinesia, respectively. Your risk of developing heart disease is greatly influenced by your individual circumstances. The following are some factors that can decrease your risk of developing heart disease: Strong family history - Thefts, collisions, and other forms of physical trauma often result in the formation of new blood vessels in the heart. These can break down and become plaques, which are considered to be “extraordinarily rare.” Strong social support system - Healthy lifestyle choices like eating a healthy diet and keeping active can significantly lower your risk of heart disease. However, people who lack social support can experience mental illness and depression, commonly accompanied by heart disease. Healthy diet - The recommended diet during pregnancy and the first year of life makes it more likely for your child to become healthy. But this doesn’t mean that you have to eat anything that is “off-food.” Healthy eating includes a variety of healthy foods from all the major food groups in your home.

Healthy eating has become a crucial part of any plan for preventing heart disease, even though people don’t realize it. The following are ways to keep your heart disease risk down. Eat a healthy lunch every day. A healthy lunch which includes fruits and vegetables daily provides essential vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids. A balanced, healthy diet can help reduce your risk of heart disease by maintaining a healthy body weight and enabling you to meet blood sugar levels naturally. Exercising regularly. Exercise has been proven to reduce the progression of heart disease, known asordial meningitis. Regular aerobic exercise can also prevent you from developing heart disease by lowering your cholesterol and increasing your body’s flexibility. Don’t over drink and eat too much. A healthy diet high in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and protein is important for preventing heart disease. But if you’re drinking too much alcohol or eating too many high-fat foods, your body will start to break down muscle tissue and produce less flexibility. Limit your activity to a few hours every day. A boring, unproductive desk job or business trip can lead to heart disease. A strict 8:4:4 diet can also lead to heart disease, particularly if you work in a job that requires you to stay on for hours on end.
